Over the last 3 or 4 years I have become increasingly miserable with my role in the "rat-race" which is Corporate America and I'm absolutely dead set on making my escape! 

So my goal is to buy and hold properties that will generate the needed passive income to be financially free (even played the Cashflow game yesterday in almost 10 years...and it's always exciting to get out the rat race!!

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, I hoping to get the horse hitched up to go on this as well as other issues, like seller financing and dealing with private money investors.....everyone remembers that I'm sure, LOL.

The garage used to be to an old speed shop where they built engines for drag racing cars.

I don't want to be in the rat race, even of the military kind haha.

Don't wait until you old like me to decide that it would be nice to have enough passive income monthly to cover your monthly bills [this is out of the "Rat Race" or Financial Freedom].

My goal for real estate investing is to get out of the rat race and start my own animation and video game studio.

My wife has is in search for a better work/life balance with our 2 year old and  looking to get out from the corporate rat race.
