Jobs in real estate

I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea of a real estate related job that I could look into in Colorado that pays around 65k a year. The reason I ask is because I'm falling in love with this profession (real estate investing) and I want to do something in this field. The downside is I currently make a hair over 65k a year and I can't afford to take much of a cut.

I know a job that starts at that rate for someone like me with no experience in the field may be hard to come by, but I'm looking for suggestions on what I should look for.

Thanks for any help!

Hi Ryan If you really want to succeed  in real estate you'll discover that  smart hard work is recognized and opportunities will come your way. This career takes energy, optimism,  great attitude  and an unquenchable  desire to learn and succeed.  Don't quit your day job yet just pay close attention to your broker/mentor and go for broke on your new part time job. I wish you the best.

Dan
