If you are a 1099 employee then you will need 2 years of tax returns and they will average the amount you made on those two years.

I have managed the agency for about two years and I am the only employee - I oversee all operations and the owners are completely hands off.

But they tend to have a revolving door of entry level employees and rely heavily on tech.

Maybe you can delegate it to an employee who can answer guest questions, take calls for emergencies, etc.

Employees/contractors, on the other hand, get paid for their work either way.

Hello AllWanted to start a discussion surrounding rental properties outside of the United States and having a partnership with a company that may have employees traveling for periods of times and in need of places to rent during their stay.I am wondering if anyone currently rents out their units to companies that have employees travel periodically, such as traveling nurses/doctors.

For example, running appointments and managing employees are my personal areas of weakness.

You will cover the cost of both, even though your on-site people will be employees of the PM.
