In my mind if the new home was meant to be mine, then God will find a way to make it so.Amazingly, that day the bank was discontinuing a 5 year ARM with 100% financing and I was able to get the loan and the home.

What I meant by saying those numbers were incomplete was that when you add those numbers into the analysis of the perspective property you most likely would get a very low or maybe negative cash flow.
