Check this out!

Sold this cute little +/- 350sf Tiny House built from one shipping container in Granbury.  Seller builds them, and this was his showing model.  He decided to sell, and I had a client looking for a tiny house after watching them on TV.  The timing couldn't have been better.  I just happened to see this listing a couple days before I got a call about someone wanting to sell.  As we talked, it was mentioned the person leaving the house may be interested in a tiny house like on TV.  I said, "have I got a deal for you".  Yes, I actually said it.

We went to go look at it, and she fell in love with it before we even went inside.  There was some negotiation, and she ended up paying $40K cash for it. 1 bed, 1 bath, small living area, kitchen, bath.  10x10 utility built on. 10' covered front porch. Gravel Driveway w/ carport. Very nice fencing, sprinkler system.

Here are some pics.  It's so stinking cute!
