Any guesses for low end features for 800 sqft, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room?

First off, thanks for taking the time to reply.I'll have to look into that feature to see how it works, otherwise it seems like it would be difficult to simultaneously monitor/answer seven different numbers.On the other hand, being that our bandit sign number is a Google Voice number, Google might provide some simple way to accomplish something like what you're suggesting.

We have a lot of attractive features I think would draw people to this home, but if we sell we run the risk of losing a lot of money.

I have read of people referring to a Mapping Feature that breaks down areas into ABCDEF according to certain (price, safety, desirability???)

There is also a down-payment assisstance feature that you can do.This feature is essentially a loan for the down payment and closing costs that has a 0% interest rate.

the black of the blacktop detracts from overall features of the house. say the house has black roof and black shutters. put a blacktop and it will be too much black. it's too much "in your face" and that's what i meant by "ugly".
