I have been a fan of the BiggerPockets podcast for a while now and look forward to exploring all the resources here on the website.

Two options could exist for this:Option 1: B buys the property independently, then explores creating a TIC (Tenants in Common). 

That is why I'm interested in this form of real estate and why I think it makes a lot of sense for me to explore it next.Okay, this is what I'm hoping the wonderful people of BP can help me with...    1. 

And, some HML now have long-term fixed commercial lines, so you can explore that as well.
