It is only when they start giving the excuses about not having money to move that I might suggest I can pay for the moving van or pay someone to help them move.Texas is actually very easy to evict.

Being a single mom and having one small source of income I obviously don't have that kind of money to pay someone to help me, not at all do I use that as an excuse but needless to say I have to start some where.

"I've been doing it this way for 30+ years" is a horrible excuse because 1) she may have been doing it wrong for the last 30 years, and 2) standards of practice change over time and she obviously hasn't changed with them.

This would be my first investment property, and I want it to be a more of hands-on experience, not something I pass onto a property management company right away.I work a full-time job too, so if something does come up, driving out to Baytown doesn't seem ideal, unless it's on the weekend.Maybe these are just excuses I'm coming up with that have good solutions to them.

This is no excuse, i have gone out of my way to get to where i am and never limited myself to how much i could learn and do.It is incredible to realize what I've learned over the last 5 months (reading books, forums, podcasts) has been much more valuable and applicable then the 2.5 years it took me to get that bachelors degree.
