Tenant screening is covered by app fees and the additional profits from that should cover office supplies, etc. in my opinion.They have had one eviction since they purchased and decided to maintain a clean environment to have 2 cops live for free and thus have not had one bit of crime.

Got nostalgic over the weekend and thought about what I would love to tell my 20 / 30 year old selves, but realized they wouldn't listen anyway....What 20 won't believe-You're going to spend a lot of money on dating but not date your future wife until after 30.

the property was acquired during or subsequent to the most recent tax filing year, the lender must confirm the purchase date using the HUD-1 Settlement Statement or other documentation.
