Cleveland Wholesaling: Advice and Law

Hello everyone, I'm a new investor getting started in wholesaling in Cleveland. I've been listening and reading everything I can get my hands on and was looking for some clarification on the Cleveland market specifically. The questions I have are....

What methods of lead generation has been the most effective for you in Cleveland?

Are there any laws specific to Ohio that causes complications with the traditional wholesaling model? If so are there ways to get around it?

Lastly, what tends to be the average total cost to conduct a wholesale deal.

Wanted to thank everyone in advance for their time and comments. You guys are great!
