@Ian Rysdale I think you will find credit unions to have less red tape and are much quicker.

Given that I would negotiate a rent credit of some sort.

Hello,I recently took out a 2nd mortgage on a rental property and I am unsure of how to record the set up the journal entry in my accounting.

I have a partner that has the money to finance it with a really good credit for a loan.

The deal can make sense with a big credit and price drop in my opinion.
