Does anyone have experience renting to students near a university in New Jersey? I would love to know more about your overall experience. I am looking at a rental property near NJCU.

@Luis Savery   do you know NJ?   I think the biggest student market for New Jersey is probably New Brunswick for Rutgers.  I am not sure if there is a specific market for students in  Jersey City. Little bit of a market around some of the other colleges. I think if you search student rentals many issues cross state lines. One thing to know is if you have any ordinances targeted at students. Unrelated persons/noise.  For rates you can look at the off campus housing site for the university and get an idea. I know there are a couple people who have posted with Rutgers rentals. Hope that helps and someone else chimes in. There is also a local real estate section, not sure how much traffic for NJ.  My knowledge is outdated since I no longer live in NJ
