LLC vs. Non-LLC

George Zev
Posted

Hello,

I am interested in the pros v. cons to creating an LLC and operating under said implications.

A few questions I have top of mind:

Does it cost anything to hold an LLC in the state of Colorado?

Does having the capacity to pull a business loan or business credit card benefit strategy in any significant way? (I've heard people tend to create LLC and utilize lines of credit to either fix property or furnish a STR/MTR for example)

Are there any significant pulls either for or against creating an LLC?

Tax implications?

Thank you in advance!

What a coincidence! I just came across a video on youtube called How to structure you real estate flipping business with Toby Mathis.  Toby is one of the owners/founders of Anderson Business Advisors of which I'm a client of. Anderson forms all of my entities.
