The market I’m in is great for renters (but the quality of renters can make you pay attention to their applications)  I’m rehabbing the 3rd house now, plan to remodel the 2nd house after I’m complete and then unsure if I should:-obtain traditional mortgage then should I cash out refi and find more property?

If the owner employs a management company, then the management company is required to obtain the business license - not the property owner.according to the tab (Profits Tax) on the same page above, I should NOT file form RD-108 either to pay KCMO city earnings tax, because I am a passive investor, and not actively involved in the management of my property.The problem is that, I did submitted my business license application a few weeks ago (still in the process) before I checked the KCMO web side.

DC BiggerPockets Community, Any thoughts on rental property investments in Brookland, Trinidad, and NoMa?

With the last 2 homes, I've been getting a LOT of verified, Zillow applications from out of state and they want the house in 2 months.
