You may want a different attorney for; contract review, tenant landlord issues, property settlements, a bulldog litigator, evictions, foreclosures, collections etc. i use  many different attorneys and  choose in part based on what I need to have done.

Of course I've used google and found a ton of websites and things but I'm wondering what resources and trending patterns you all have found to be exceptionally helpful when learning the ins and outs of your markets and sub-markets. 

I drove around neighborhoods (driving for dollars) and collected a good amount of addresses. the problem i am having is finding the owner of these properties.

Ultimately, you'll still need to know how to do it (, otherwise how will you know if the resources you hire are doing it the right way?)

There's lots of resources out there but not one of them by itself is perfect. 

There are some guys out there that have this process figured out and would probably be a good resource.  

They are even in collections, why is this such a hard decision to make???

They are typically bonused based on leasing objectives and occupancy and sometimes collections.

There is still so much that I have to explore on this site, but I would like to say that so far the resources have been helpful, I especially liked the "Ultimate Guide …." book.I am interested in multifamily real estate investing and I look forward to connecting with others who are doing the same.
