I didn't say you were affiliated with SB or the Reserve (now shut down by the US government) but anyone who reads your bio on the website for the project you are trying to push here can smell the BS a mile away.

Dude listen to me.If you have a crappy car with a 0.5HP engine, no matter how much you upgrade the body, add gold plates and a killer spoiler, it still has the power of half a horse.Driving for dollars is driving for dollars.

They also will claim they smell smoke from cigarettes. 

Have no idea who's right & wrong here, but if you're going to speak negatively about someone, you should share better facts.The tenant destroyed the floors, some of the walls, appliances and urine smell all around the house, burnt a tree which clearly shows the quality of tenant. 

I have always used the analogy that neighborhoods are like bodies, depending on the standard of who you ask what a healthy strong person should look like will be determined by who you set as the standard for your "grade A".

The apartment smelled of strong "cat odor" which I thought was mainly from "litter box & cat urine".

Having it close to a body of water would be a plus, but not a requirement. 

I show up in my utility body work truck , wearing work clothes . 

Having retirement or disability income is one thing, but to be able bodied and just not work is not an adult I want to house.
