Hello,

what are some areas I should be looking in the Cleveland Ohio market? What are some area I should stay away from, I am looking for a "cash flow" style property. I am ok with a little rough but want to stay away from very rough lol if that makes sense. Thanks in advice.

@Javaras Thomas I have moved a lot of inventory in the Cleveland market and from my experience, you are better off dealing with B class properties. Can you get lucky in C class and maybe some section 8? Sure but those are rare with more tenant issues and they don't appreciate as much. I personally would rather spend a little more in a B class area and get a little less in the cashflow but get a bigger return when I sell it in 5-7 years. If you are using a property management company make sure it is a company that does a great job of screening tenants with the right kind of jobs and credit history, this is key for consistent cashflow. I hope that helps and best of luck! If you have any other questions feel free to PM me.
