I am also interested in Newark but yes the areas are quite different block to block.

This is overused saying but crime in Chicagoland area is a block by block issue.  

The Three properties are on streets near Elm (2, 3 and 5 blocks away, walking distance to downtown Manchester), one is on Auburn St, one on Lake ave and one on Merrimack st, the farthest one away from Elm is 5 blocks away.

My idea is to combine all court house cases daily  (divorce, probate, eviction, liens ) and drive them to a converting website or answering service.Its a way to improve "list" problems by updating/housing/combining historical pain points and current problems we can convert list into real time data. 

I feel your pain.

Adding it later will be a pain.

But since this area wasn't in my plan I'm unsure what its like and what that area of Detroit is like just a block or two away. 

I have tried hiring an employee, but found that payroll paperwork was a big pain (who knew the gov't. made it so hard to hire people legally?)
