OK so I have used LegalZoom in the past and had a Lawyer review the POA form and though they did rewrite it for me they were honest and stated that the LegalZoom form would stand up in a court of law in their opinion.

I would think said attorney could also get disbarred I was semi to fully shocked to hear that...I went down this road in the 90's as I thought it was my original Idea.. my lawyer ( and is still my Lawyer) she reps banks  just kind of laughed and me and said please don't do that  LOL.
