Hello! Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on how to obtain a purchase agreeement and assignment contracts for wholesale deals in NJ? Someone told me I can have a lawyer write one up for me. Can anyone recommend a good RE attorney? Thank you!

Best thing is to contact your local real estate attorneys  and ask if they can draft one up for you and what their rate is.
