I see that I can order public records and in the property data store there are several really interesting reports I can order including an ownership and encumbrance report and a property detail report witch do you order?

I've never done any sort of market analysis or know where to go to find job growth/population data. 

There are many ways to look at the data.

In other words, is that data available for me to find on my own or not?

I don't and never have, but I have met a few people who do rent their personal residence. 

But yes City data will be good, also heading to the local police station to get more information of each area and major employers and shopping and entrainment areas as well. 

Hard to see with fresh eyes or look outside the box when the peer group has limiting thinking as well.How much data do you read that isn't broker or mls related?

Also subscribe to magazines like Forbes, Fortune, Inc, etc in your companys name so your companies data can be cross indexed in their mailing databases.
