Finding Cash Buyers

Is there a way to search for recently sold properties that were bought with cash in a specific area?  Or is that something that I would have to ask a real estate agent to do for me?  In other words, is that data available for me to find on my own or not?

Also, once I find properties that were bought with cash, what's the easiest way to find out who the buyer was?
