Market Analysis for Manchester, NH

Hi all,

I've started investing (buy and hold) in Manchester, NH with multi-family units in a low income area.  I would like to continue doing so but first want to do some due diligence on the market.  I've never done any sort of market analysis or know where to go to find job growth/population data.  If anyone could offer some guidance on how to do the analysis or where to look for data, it would be very much appreciated!

Much thanks!
-Monica

Mailmen are your friends. They see everything. They can tell you if a neighborhood is improving or getting worse. They can also often tell you when a house is about to go on the market.
