I do have a disadvantage starting off because I will be a new resident of Virginia beach and will have to learn the area and like you said build relationships with diff. individuals.

Then, when I'm sitting on the beach in Thailand, I can just make account to account transfers and move the rent money to my main checking account.

These prices can vary a lot depending on where the properties are located (close to Santiago, on the beach, by a lake, the mountains, etc.).

I'd like to compare that city with South Beach when it was rehabilitated by the likes of Carl G.

Maybe down the road I would get into rental properties for income streams.Please feel free to contact me if you are in the Boca, West Palm, or Delray Beach area and are looking for partnerships or just willing to share information about how to get started down here.

But seems like a lot of people go between Orlando and Tampa for work, deals, etc.....plus they have better beaches.

Just wanted to say I went to elementary and middle school in Sarasota and really enjoyed Siesta Key Beach.

I'm on the South Shore as well, just west of Westhampton Beach.
