Hello BiggerPockets community,

My name is Thomas and I am really looking to get into real estate investing. Currently I am looking to find partnerships or mentors that can show me the ropes. I do digital marketing and SEO and have the time to go visit homes, drive around and to all the leg work needed. I quit my job about 2 months about to start my business and to get into real estate. I just want to learn at this point and get my feet wet.

I have been reading, learning and reading some more but there is nothing like actually doing and learning from experience or from someone who has the knowledge and can teach me. My focus is doing a couple of rehabs and selling them. Maybe down the road I would get into rental properties for income streams.
