They say that they do this all the time and never have issues.I know that many people will not want to say anything about this here, but i also thing that this is a platform where people can be honest about what they "Suggest" regardless of the stories written in the books.

I currently have 75 properties and can’t decide whether Buildium, AppFolio , Rentec or some other platform is best for me I want to be able to collect rent , manage maintenance, communicate with tenants and vendors , manage accounting and electronically file documents.

I have always used outlook my entire career for professional business I do use MailChimp to send messages large email lists for marketing purposes.A lot of people use active campaign and have success with that platform.

People lacking skepticism may fall for this, but they could be fooled on other platforms, too.

I don't want to make this a pitch for our business - there are almost certainly owner's reps and other construction pros in your market who can do all these things for you; I do feel confident they won't have the data that a platform like BuildZoom has, but it really comes down to your comfort level.
