Either way, the agenda is something like this: there is typically a room and a stage, people shuffle into the seats, then sometimes there are introductions of everyone in the room (you give your name and experience or interest in REI), then the presentation starts and you sit/listen, and are allowed to ask related questions throughout.

Some great answers already, @Joseph Pugliese and @Corby Goade did a good job of stealing my thunder about visual cues. 1 - Make a great self introduction to tenants.2 - Telegraph your intentions by making common area improvements - make big, bold, VISUAL improvements.3 - Send formal, well written rent increase letters.
