Generally speaking, if you're not getting any interest there's usually one of 3 reasons:  hospitals in your area aren't using travelers as much or at all, you're asking too much, there's too much competition, or the price isn't appropriate for the finishings of the property.

@Jason Carrillodon't try to pick the "best" market in the US.pick a market you know or have a competitive advantage in - it's close by, you went to school there, you have family there, etc.

I know California isn't the most landlord friendly state, and it's obviously a more expensive/competitive market, but SD will always have great long term growth numbers....so on paper it looks pretty good.
