What I am saying about being too price conscious is that I see exclusionary language added to a policy, or lower coverage forms (basic vs special), or lower coverage levels, added onto clients that use price as their #1 differentiation in insurers.

@John Padeken there are brokers who specialize in ranch's and timber land in this area google some of those. although I am a broker I only buy for my own portfolio these days.Questions to ask a potential broker to know if they are good or not .
