When considering submitting an offer on a property which is at least partially rented (in other words, you would be inheriting tenants), what information/documentation is reasonable for me to request from the seller? 

There a few options of what kind of a company you can choose, it can be either a local software dev company, in-house development team or an offshore software development company.

They use a software called LastPass.

We work in a HD where there are no official guidelines which creates a huge ambiguity when submitting plans for approval to the local board.

Just add what you want to see and add some formulas to do the computations for you.It makes it easy to give my data to my accountatnt and I didn't have to purchase another software package.You can probaly also google this and find some templates and them customize them to your needs.

Would any of you send a letter to gain insight as to the tenant's ability or willingness to pay electronically, submit repair needs electronically, etc?
