Two experienced investors are hosting an event next week in DFW specifically about the BRRRR strategy and how they make it work for them.

I have read Amanda Han's tax book (first book) and started on the Advanced Tax Strategies and don't really see this mentioned.

As I continue to gather up my strategies & game plan on investing out of state, the more I think of which investment makes more sense for myself.

Probably, but "you can get away with it" isn't a long-term strategy. 

@Patricia C.When you're looking to purchase a third home but are already maxed out on your mortgage capacity, there are several strategies you might consider to improve your chances of getting approved for another mortgage.

Spent a year (and counting, lol) fixing it up but I personally love the strategy for acquiring new properties. 

As a private lender for first time borrowers, I want to see low LTVs <70% and a good grasp on how the deal is going to go, what exit strategies are possible, and realistic expectations.

It depends on your strategy: are you looking to do a long-term rental or short-term?

I am looking for Flips or BRRRRs I believe initially to build up some cash and/or equity and cash flow, but would be open to having my strategy/goals challenged.With my previous business, I never took a paycheck and grew the revenue from ~80k to >2million annual revenue in 3-3.5 years and navigated a seller finance purchase of a overlapping/competing business.
