Good evening guys - anyone on here monetizing vacant land with RV storage / truck parking? 

Hey BP Community,Does anyone have any experience dealing with mice in self storage?

Hard wired systems that have a localized storage will work without paying for wifi but you wont be able to see whats going on unless you go to the property and check the recordings.

Dishwashers, if tenants never use them for anything but storage, will need to be replaced, but otherwise, aside from clearing the drain line occasionally, last longer than other appliances.

You might also look at any kind of syndications like apartments, self storage, NNN funds, MHP, etc, to see if that would help you with your strategy.   

If in a good location put parking and cargo container storage under the powerline.5.  

The recreational room or flex space on the lower level includes large storage room.

I may have run across an owner of a self storage facility that may want to sell. 

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Is there any further opportunities for income, e.g. laundry or additional storage?
