transferring a property in Baltimore county/md to a llc

hi guys,

i have my first rental property listed for rent and trying to get all my ducks in a row before i get some 1 in there . what do i need to transfer a property to a LLC ? is the deed and a payoff paper from the lender sufficient and where should i go to make this happen ? thank you in advance
