This goes back to doing more due diligence - talk to investors who have properties in those areas and to 5 experienced property management companies (instead of just 3) who will tell you what properties are renting for, potential problems, tenant base, etc

The script that worked before doesn't anymore so need to tweak it lolAlso, online lead gen but it's pricey at $3,000 - $5,000pm for the campaign and for a small company like ours that's more than 50% of our revenue 🙈

Hi BP community,I’m looking to invest in Texas and there’s a new law that the buyer must sign agreement with one realtor company or agent for the potential property. 

As far as parking on my property, I was thinking of getting a towing company involved.   

I am a tech professional, but I also own a small Home Improvement company with my father who has been in the industry for 20ish years.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

I've only heard this recently in a book I read, and by a closing agent from a title company.

I currently work for a luxury building materials company and my commute is about an hour and a half each way every day.
