Beginner looking for first property. Willing to partner up.

Hello all,

I am new to real estate investing, and I’ve been doing research and I think Baltimore is the best place for me to start. I am located in the DC side of MD, however.

I am a tech professional, but I also own a small Home Improvement company with my father who has been in the industry for 20ish years. We also work with a few other contractors. We are fully licensed. After doing a few jobs with others who are investors, I’ve decided to dip my toes in the game and am looking for flips or light-mid rehab and holds.

Any suggestions/insight would be great! Also, If anyone is looking to partner up, I’d love to chat!
