Hi everyone,I constantly hear people say you should start small on your first Real Estate Investing deal (SFH) to understand certain aspects of the business.My goal is to own multiple multifamily properties because of the benefits that come with it.I understand that acquiring a 5+ unit property on your first investment deal can be risky.

@Glenn HermansSB 608 is a major reduction in private property rights that should be alarming to all investors and property owners.It was poorly written and focuses less on helping residents and more on redistributing power and wealth.With that said, if you are an investor, there are positive aspects to it.

From start to finish...I want to understand every aspect of the thought process.

You want an agent thats going to evaluate every aspect of the deal.

However it is best to have the legal aspects completely understood.

Wuts going on BP community so I’m starting my journey in real estate and I have a full time job I need to get my phone ringing I know ..I put out 20 signs about a week ago to test out the waters and I got one call so far but I live In a real Spanish based community so the call didn’t go well It’s a challenge to negotiate in English imagine in Spanish smh I gotta practice on that aspect but I guess my real question is how do u know if ur in a good market is it population,house prices,cash transaction 

Investors tend to be better informed on a lot of real estate aspects.
