Ask your PM or contractor to video the property or project before & after...it doesn't take long to do and video will never lie....pics lie all the time and might not even be your property.You have to look for turn-keys that have skin in the game at some level.

I feel the active listings give better insight as they typically have more pics to show condition.You're probably right about turn-keys still selling too quickly for much if any negotiation room.
