At 21 your are thinking way ahead of everyone else.

I still attend the meetups to help other new investors get a head start as well as partner with them by providing funding and guidance to get them through what is usually their first deal.  

Lets explore what you know about court cases that you found to be interesting or learned, and summarizes the case to put all of us ahead of the game- collectively. 

Depending on market between now and then,  you might come out ahead.

Sounds you like you really hit the ground running and have some clear goals for progressing further -so you're way ahead of a lot of new investors. 

I'd like to plan ahead,is this amount of income enough justification enough to keep it for awhile yet.. 

Be ahead of the game, feel organized getting into any deal knowing who you will speak with after you find the deal.

Sure it might or might not appreciate, but map out the cash-flow in a spreadsheet for years ahead and see how it performs...I hope that helps.
