Hello BP family, just want to say hello and greetings from Riverside CA. There is so much to learn here. Thanks to all the content contributors for all the tips, blogs and podcasts. . I wish I would have known about BP years ago, Robert Kiyosaki forgot to mention this place in his book. I look forward to be able to help somebody in the future. Right now I will be the one needing all the help, I suffer from "analysis Paralysis" and need to set up a "Buddy" system or (in the rehab world) a "sponsor" to push me and hold me accountable to meet my 2017 Goals. I think all of us newbies should adopt the buddy system, somebody to lean over and whisper "PULL THE TRIGGER ALREADY !"

Welcome @Julio Salgado, it's a great resource here. Ask questions, and get involved. Dedicate time to being on Bigger Pockets. It'll certainly pay off.
I own property in Lake Arrowhead, right above Riverside. It may be a great first place to get started. I know towns like Crestline have very low prices right now, and there may be some great potential for a flip and hold, or a BRRR strategy (something you will become very familiar with here on BP).
