Humorously, if you go in for an ingrown toe nail, they include loosing an arm, an eye, a foot (that one almost makes sense), or even die.

Hi, my friend is building a ~610 sq foot ADU in Southern California.

You can't possibly know other areas you don't normally work, or understand rental law if you've never done it, or if a property has a front foot assessment you didn't know about, etc.  

If you only have a few properties, which you wholly own, it's probably easier to keep title in your name and make sure you have a robust umbrella policy for asset protection.

Otherwise you have two blind sides.We have 20/30/40 foot parking at our location at 26763 Highway 34,Glenwood, IA.

Oh, get the desktop version, more robust.

Inner city portland with all the 25 foot lots those get surveyed .. but really nothing in the burbs in lot and block subdivisions
