I'm old to real estate (and Bigger Pockets on YouTube) but just joined the online site! 

They are in a great area and I found them trough direct mailing (I could find no good deal trough agents/online/papers; if a property is on the market it is usually to late to get a good deal in my area).

I've been proactively reaching out to people who portray themselves as such on-line, but have been severely disappointed in their lack of response (and I'm talking More than one call with VM each!).

Did some reading online.  

There are plenty of online courses but, I recommend the GAMLS online course.https://www.georgiarealestateschool.com/courses/sa...They provide you with a in-class cram session you can take before you take your exam.  

anyone else planing on attending the date is may 19th and 20th at a hotel i think the open houses pictures and information is all available online on the website for paramount realty usa which is prusa.com and there are links all over the home page....

You can find ownership of property (assuming it is a LLC); and thus find name / address of manager/members of this LLC through government on-line database. 

Find the property online?

Online is great to a degree but it will never replace face-to-face.
