Greetings!!!

I'm old to real estate (and Bigger Pockets on YouTube) but just joined the online site!  Would love to make connections and friendships with those close to me in the Janesville/Madison, WI areas. 

Although I'm pretty well versed and experienced in most buying/selling strategies (save for rehabs), my favorite niche is taking over property from sellers who need to sell.
