I got REAL lucky because the buyer's agent was just as anxious to close the deal as I was and helped me through my end of the deal.

He said I can get it financed, but I need a Pre Approval by tomorrow Morning.

Our bedrooms are literally almost 1.5x bigger as well.The wife is picking out windows and interior doors/frames/jambs this morning.

Didn't get a chance this morning because of work.
