Well, you left that house alone for 2 weeks after I moved out and I know there were people just going through it because of the neighborhood. i even warned you not to leave that house alone.

I leave that to my CPA.

She might get tempted to leave on short notice or skip her last month's rent.

A guy in my unit was leaving, he had purchased from a warrant officer in the unit who wanted the money.

Not that I think she would try to pull a fast one, but I would want a contract that leaves the deal done with the exception of signing the closing documents and picking up the check.

So, if you lose your job etc, you better leave the country.
