I have also considered going to get my real estate license (just for experience, knowledge, and the future possibility of becoming a part time assistant because a class starts soon that I would take) but I was wondering if that would interfere with me getting a property under a FHA loan.

Now I am eager to learn the best strategies on how to continue to invest in rental properties (mostly duplexes, triplexes, and quads).I've heard so many stories where people have bought properties with NO MONEY down and I am wondering if it is possible to do that with these specific investments properties that I have stated above.I first want to let you know my situation: I am a 21 year old administrative assistant for an engineering company in Tallahassee, FL. 

it may be use full to attend the free workshop to make connections to other people in your area that also want to get into real estate but when it comes to a 20 or 40k education that is a SCAM because anyone who needs that much education for real estate should probably be in some sort of assisted living situation...
