I have been investing for a couple of years now, and with all thanks to God, my business is growing, so I am looking to incorporate driven individuals into my business model to handle the increased workload.

We can handle jobs ranging from the roof of property down to the foundation-everything in between, and going outside to the landscaping. 

I have a negotiator that wants me to handle something in Irvington that is just not in my area.

Back to that in possibly another post.So given the scenario above, where my partner would have his GC license and can pull the permits, between the two of us have a good handle on high quality materials and where to source them, the general knowledge of the order to get things done, dealing with inspection etc...Is there a good way to gauge how much we could collectively build the duplex for?

Is there anyone that does repair work in this area and can handle a house with foundation issues?

I know here comes that chatter, well property management will handle that, right?
