That means you have logically believe it is a good decision and your senses have to say you will enjoy the responsibilities of being a landlord.   

Many projects are ongoing right now, but some of the largest are set to have a huge impact on the way things are done, and what people enjoy about the city.

I listen and read stuff of many real estate investors that I completely disagree with their business model but I enjoy the book, post, podcast etc.

It looks like you got a great property, and even better that it's a place you and your wife can enjoy as well.

We also are not high volume flippers and I enjoy the hunt for bargains. :-) 

I enjoy going there to work on it.

In other words, the Internet has made all the information a college has readily available to us, unless your going to be a Lawyer, Doctor, or some skilled work.I've thought about going back to school but I don't enjoy writing papers. 

I've always enjoyed participating while giving and getting to/from others.
