Is BP Pro membership worth the additional expense?
Hello BP Members!
I've been on BP for years and have learned a lot and connected with cool investors.
I started out as a house flipper looking to connect with other house flippers in Arizona to meet up with and share contacts.
Now I've added real estate services as a flat fee Realtor saving sellers $1000s when they sell. My target buyers and sellers are investors.
I've been contemplating upgrading to a BP Pro membership but I'm not sure it's worth the expense. If you have a pro membership is it worth it to you?
Do you make enough connections to justify the price? Is it worth it for real estate agents?

Yes Pro membership has made me a ton of money. It is not just for "our" benefit, but it is also about giving something back. There are mods ... SOME of you... ahem.. are awesome... and they deserve to get paid for all the effort they put into running the forum. So yeah.. get a membership!
