I am excited to embark on the journey that is Co-Hosting and looking for some advice :) Like I stated on the title above, I am a newcomer to the business, however, I am not new to the STR world as I have "as a hobby" booked, arranged, hosted, many stays for family and friends, and have interacted with some hosts and picked their brain about how the business works.

But I love the Brained/Baxter area for STR's but not sure of regulations.

So the brain damage and expense will depend on where you are.I had a meeting with a stock broker and his affiliate broker is in lending and he has a RMLO, we are researching the possibilities of him originating and frankly, I'm considering an educational role for the "backroom" operations.

If restrictions were lifted entirely I think it would create a race to the bottom for local STR rates, and would exacerbate the current housing crisis.I would love to pick your brain on the monthly rental in the future.

I see a lot of these 50/50 deals where there is someone who has the money, and someone who has the "brains".  

With Zillow I did get much better reply and request for view but I wanted to pick your brains on what to do to get better hits.
