The area is filled with SFH's that have the potential to be extremely beautiful with large lots.I am debating on if I would like to take on a project like this, especially since other investors have steered clear of this market and see no potential for profit.

My wife and I have been debating about whether to sell our current house and use the money as downpayment for another house in a better neighborhood in Lansing and begin the investing snowball or to just rent out this house and receive positive cash flow and use this money for more investments in the very near future.

I like the company and I don't want to start a debate about gurus, but now that I haven't used the program, and I'm finding out that other financing options were available, I feel a bit like I was coerced, pressured, and not given all available options, so in that regard, I find it really unfair and manipulative.

I’m not sure that would provide enough rent to come out even , so Im debating whether this is a buy to merely sell later with no income and possibly some funds coming out of pocket, or if I would be able to see some income.

This is my first BRRRR we are in the rehab phase at the moment.

I was debating holding it to gain more equity but it probably makes more sense to just sell, take the cash and reinvest in something better.
